Our One of a kind Flight Guarantee! Niagara Airbus guarantees you will make your flight on time! Should you not make your flight, Niagara Airbus will pay the cost to re-schedule your flight.
Our customer Flight guarantee applies to bookings made 84 hours or more in advance. Bookings made under 84 hours-GUARANTEE-NOT applicable. Shuttle reservations made under 84 hours may be subject to a change in pickup time.

5% Online Early Bird Discount or Seat Sale discounted fares apply to reservations made 84 hours or more in advance for our Airport Shuttle Service.
Airport Check-In Information
Terminal 1 Please check in at Ground Transportation Desk - on Ground Transportation Level, Area P.
Terminal 3 Please check in at Ground Transportation Desk – on Arrivals Level beside Door "C" .
BUFFALO: 716-835-8111 :
Customers arriving at the Buffalo Airport will be met at the Information Booth on the Arrivals Level, opposite the Baggage Claim Area. Please check in at our booth.
HAMILTON: 905-374-8111 :
Customers arriving at the Hamilton Airport will be met at the Main Terminal beside the luggage claim area.
LUGGAGE TERMS; Checked baggage: Damage or loss of any luggage transported by Niagara Air Bus INC., Value is limited to a $500 maximum claim per bag. Carry on luggage, cameras, laptops, cell phones, purses, wallets and duty free items are the responsibility of the passenger, Niagara Air Bus Inc. Assume no liability for these items.
EXTRA CHARGES:
Extra Pick ups/Drop offs are $17.00 each way per stop + HST and fuel surcharge (when applicable). Bicycles, Skis, and Golf Clubs $17.00 extra each way + HST and fuel surcharge(when applicable). Baggage (after 1 suitcase & 1 Carry-on) $17.00 per bag each way + HST and fuel surcharge(when applicable).
PETS:
Pets are not permitted on any Niagara Airbus shuttle services with the exception of Service, Guide or Hearing assistance dogs.
CANCELLATION POLICIES: CHARTERS
Reservations must be cancelled 14 days or more in advance to qualify for a refund. Cancellation in under 14 days results in a service charge of 15% of the fare paid, and will be credited 85% of the fare paid for future use up to one year. No shows are Null & Void.
AIRPORT SHUTTLE
Reservations must be cancelled 24 Hours or more in advance to qualify for a refund. Cancellation in under 24 hours result in a service charge of 15% of the fare paid, and will be credited 85% of the fare paid for future use up to one year. No Shows are Null & Void.
Seat Sale Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations over 84 hours will receive a future use credit of 85% valid for one year. Cancellations under 84 hours are non-refundable.
TOURS
Reservations must be cancelled 48 Hours or more in advance to qualify for a refund. Cancellation in under 48 hours are non-refundable.
